Judicial Experience and Successes
David McCracken always knew he wanted to advocate on behalf of victims by following in the footsteps of his parents. His father spent a lifetime as a personal injury and medical malpractice lawyer and his mother was a judge and civil rights attorney.
David McCracken's Career
After law school, he jumped right into the fray, serving as the lead attorney on 12 jury trials in eight years. He also obtained excellent results for plaintiffs at hundreds of arbitrations and dozens of mediations in cases involving automobile negligence, premises liability and workers’ compensation.
In his spare time David volunteers as a moot court judge at his alma mater, Loyola, and loves exploring his Logan Square neighborhood with his wife and young son. David is an avid softball and basketball player. When he met Mark McNabola they connected over their mutual love of sports and dedication to family.
